both of us. my poor little booger has the most pathetic runny nose and there's nothing i can do about it. can't bring myself to pump this little babe full of tylenol or any other over the counter "perfectly safe" medicine. so instead we're just waiting it out. with rooms full of snotty kleenex and boogie wipes, nasal suckers, hot lemon water, neti pots and humidifiers. i'm hoping that my last two sweat sessions at the gym will start making an impact. as well as this raw recipe that i made today.
